Your safe option for Cleaning and Disinfecting the external ear canal in cases of:
- Increased secretions, and wax accumulation, or other causes of inflammation.
- Otomycosis and microbial infections of the ear enhance the effect of local medications.
- Removal of accumulated and impacted cerumen from the external auditory canal may cause conductive hearing loss.
- To facilitate the removal and extraction of foreign bodies from the ear.

and this is for the unique properties of 5 % carbamide peroxide in glycerol.
It consists of urea and hydrogen peroxide in equimolecular proportions dissolved in glycerol.
It forms a foam on contact with earwax due to the release of oxygen, which acts as a strong antiseptic and also softens and separates cerumen from the skin of the external auditory canal to facilitate the removal of wax.
Why do you need to remove ear wax?
- Can be the reason for conductive hearing loss.
- Can hide the presence of bacterial or fungal or mixed infection. It also can hide an inflammation or foreign body presence.
- Can prevent local treatment from reaching the affected area.
- Can prevent the proper examination of the ear.
Clioquinol 10 mgm+Flumethasone pivalate 0,2 mgm.

- And this is for the presence of Flumethasone pivalate 0,2 MGM, which is a moderately potent glucocorticoid, which has anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, vasoconstrictor &anti-proliferative effects.
- Besides, Clinoquinol is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent against most fungi (e.g.Candida Microsporum, Trichophyton) and gram-positive bacteria(e.g.Staphylococci).
- It also has a moderate inhibitory effect on gram-negative bacteria.

Xylometazoline
- to treat congestion associated with Allergies, Hay fever, Sinus Irritation, and the Common cold.
- Xylometazoline, in the form of nasal drops, acts directly on the blood vessels in the nasal tissues. Constriction of the blood vessels in the nose and sinuses leads to a decrease in congestion.
