Hi Pharm keeps a great eye on the product reaction with the patients and reports any side effects serious or non-serious to the MoH that is consecutively reported to the centre of Pharmacovigilance worldwide in Sweden as to connect the data worldwide.

The reports are done in a specific form of ICSR that turns into a more medical coded form called CIOMS.
